SBB, Mark IV coaches: development of a software diagnostic tool to support the vehicle maintenance technicians

ENOTRAC developed a software diagnostic tool to assist technicians in the replacement of obsolete control electronics for the EW IV air-conditioning unit with modern technology of the MAS product family from Selectron. The diagnostic tool includes the following functions:

• User-friendly upload of firmware and application software
• Visualisation of process data
• Download of diagnostic data
• Visualisation of failure events with presentation of the relevant operational data and catalogue of causes
• Activation of test procedures for the air-conditioning unit
