ENOTRAC was contracted by SBB to develop specific software applications for the storage, processing and analysis of diagnostic data for the following vehicle classes and systems:

• Class Re 450 (Zürich S-Bahn)
• Class Re 460
• Double-deck coaches IC 2000
• Tilting train ICN
• Automatic train protection system ZUB 121

The software applications serve two purposes:

1. Monitoring of the systems in operation
2. Targeted analysis of weak points

The diagnostic data are uploaded from the distributed diagnostic processor, and transferred to the central database on the SBB main frame computer, where they are available to the system specialists to conduct the required analysis.
